Shipping & Delivery
How do you package and ship your pieces? I am committed to using recycled materials wherever possible. This means your order may arrive in a reused box (like an Amazon box) and be protected by repurposed materials such as styrofoam, paper bags, or other packing supplies donated by my community. I encourage you to properly recycle, reuse, or dispose of these materials.
What if my package gets lost? I am not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns, Exchanges, & Damage
What is your return policy? All sales are final. I do not accept returns.
What if my order arrives broken? I take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives broken, please email me at theycallmejane.ceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the damaged item(s), and I will discuss the options for a replacement or a refund.
Product Care & Custom Orders
How should I care for my ceramic piece? All of my pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, I highly recommend hand washing to ensure your ceramics stay beautiful and promote their longevity. Please do not put any pieces in the oven.
Do you accept custom commissions? Sorry, I wish I had more available time to do so. Right now, I'm dedicated to making all the unique pieces for my upcoming shop release, but I hope you find something you love when the new batch drops!
